Proudly serving and honoring women in their birth spaces while cultivating connections well beyond
“What is needed for pregnant women and new mothers is for others to really take time to listen to them so they can listen to themselves and find themselves.”
Françoise Freedman
A doula is defined as, "a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible."

But to me, my role as a doula is so much more than that.
I want the women that hire me to know that they will always have a friend, a companion, a confidant, a soul sister, a sounding board, a soft place to land. The client/doula relationship for me expands well beyond the signed contract. When you are hiring me I want you to know that you will always have someone in your corner- well beyond the day that you give birth.

Women are the only true authorities at their births.
As your doula, I want to serve YOU. Not the system.
