Doula Support
Doula support includes: two prenatal meetings to build and strengthen connection, discuss birth preferences, basic childbirth education, etc. Unwavering and constant companionship throughout pregnancy, labor/birth, and postpartum. An initial postpartum visit to check-in, reflect back on birth, basic lactation support, and to answer any question/concerns.

Community Support
I currently have packages that include postpartum doula support (provided by Sarah Abbott- It Takes a Village Doula) and lactation support (provided by Jaclyn Waggoner- Moonlight Milkies LLC).
I also co-founded Tucson Birth Network, which is an amazing local resource to help connect you to the right provider for you!
Placenta Services
I currently only offer placenta services (encapsulation, tinctures, keepsakes, prints, etc.) to current/past doula clients and past placenta clients. Please reach out if you have any questions!
